Digital Tools, Dashboards & Workflow Automation

Website development, dashboard concepts and administrative workflow tools

DISCIPLINE DIGITAL DEVELOPMENTSTATUS Selected work / developmentLOCATION New Jersey

My digital and administrative work is informed by operational responsibilities across volunteer EMS, emergency management and fire-company leadership. My résumé identifies proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, spreadsheets and spreadsheet algorithms, social-media management and content creation.

The challenge

Organizations often rely on fragmented documents, manual reminders and information displays that are difficult to maintain. Digital tools can improve visibility and consistency, but must be designed around actual workflows, data quality and the limits of the hosting environment.

Approach

The development approach uses lightweight web technologies where appropriate, including HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with attention to responsive design, accessibility, maintainability and clear configuration. Workflow automation concepts are scoped around defined source data, recipients, reminder rules and administrative oversight.

Outputs and status

Relevant work includes communications and graphic production for preparedness and public-information initiatives, presentations, digital content, organizational social platforms, spreadsheet-based administration and development of web and dashboard concepts. This portfolio website is a personal project. Other tools described as concepts or prototypes are not represented as deployed agency systems. Live integrations, security reviews, data ownership and maintenance responsibilities must be addressed before operational use.

Role and boundaries

Independent research, design, front-end development and workflow planning as applicable. No sensitive operational data, credentials or restricted system details are included in this public portfolio.
